School Starts

As my son started Prep today, it has made me reflect on our family and how fast these 5 years have gone. I can’t help but think of all the other families that have been through this, going to or are going through this today.

I wish you all the best of luck at school for 2013 and hope your school year is filled with happy days and plays. Thinking of you Mummy's and Daddy's and I hope I’m not the only one that is already counting down to the holidays.

Totally Smitten

Smitten is the word I would use for these new parents. Their faces glowed when they held this little man and it was impossible for them not to smile.

This photo shoot was extra special to me, being the first family to visit the studio for 2013 and because Kathy is a dear friend of mine (that I use to teach with) celebrating the birth of her first beautiful baby.

Jackson was an absolute joy to photograph and cuddle. He brought out the big guns right at the end, showing off his new smile to the camera. Thank you for visiting Meander Studios Ryan and Kathy. I wish you many happy days together and I look forward to many more play dates with your lovely Jackson.

Merry Christmas from Meander Studios

Lola, Ari and family

Lola (3) an Ari (2) were absolutely spoilt with love and cuddles from their Mum and Dad, 3 uncles and their Pa and Grandma.  It was a beautiful spring morning with the sun shining and butterflies flying around us. But the most beautiful part for me was watching this family with each other. The camera got a good work out as I kept finding little cuddles and giggles happening where ever little Lola and Ari were.

The Smyth Family

I can still hear the giggles from Riley (9) and Ruby (5) from this session.  These two gorgeous kids just loved exploring the property and were so relaxed while climbing trees, playing in the grass, cubby, running and of course swinging on the swing. They even welcomed our family dog to be in the photos, and yes Riley....I will send some photos of this to you as promised. I think they even forgot I was taking photos of them with all the fun we were having. Riley and Ruby's giggles and smiles were contagious. I too had a great time.
